Işık Sarıhan

Işık is a booking agent, publisher, curator, promoter, and musician, based between Budapest, Belgrade and Ankara, working with alternative and avantgarde music. He runs Inverted Spectrum Records since 2015, organizes the local festival ‘DRUŠTVO’ in Belgrade since 2018, and ‘Festival of Abnormal Music’ in Budapest since 2024. As a booking agent he works with more than 20 bands and this year in MENT Işık will be representing the avant-folk band DUNYHA and the darkwave duo DUCTAPE. He is also a founding member of Hayvanlar Alemi, an experimental rock band established in Ankara in 1999, has released music on variaty of labels (Sublime Frequencies, Glitterbeat, Subsound) and played in 20 countries.
