Filip Arsić

Filip’s music journey began during his teenage years, working on local gigs, events and festivals in his hometown’s alternative music scene. After moving to Belgrade to pursue a degree in media, communications and public relations, Filip continued to immerse himself in the industry, working on various conferences and events across the capital, while also exploring a broad range of genres and events. He later became a valuable team member at the concert agency Longplay, one of the most reputable promo and concert agencies in Serbia and the former Yugoslavia region. Gaining additional experience, Filip soon joined the Arsenal Fest crew, a festival established as one of the most interesting, relevant and promising outdoor summer festivals in Serbia and the Balkans. He takes care of various festival aspects related programming and organisation, and he is also a CEO assistant.
