Naiara Lasa
With a background in political science, Naiara made a life-changing career shift 15 years ago after realizing she was on “the dark side” working in banking. She pursued a postgraduate in music business at Universitat Pompeu Fabra, which transformed her path and led her into live music. For the past 14+ years, she has been part of Sala Apolo, one of Europe’s most iconic venues. She has grown with the organization, from managing the teams that shape its unique DNA to leading innovative projects in the artistic, digital, and audiovisual spheres that push the brand into new ways of reimagining live music. Today, she is proud to serve as director of Sala Apolo. Beyond the venue, she is also the president of ASACC (the Catalan Music Venues Association), a guest lecturer at several business schools, and a frequent speaker on the future of live music and cultural spaces.
