Nadja Bozic

Nadja is a Berlin-based booking agent and co-director of Ekipa, an international agency that supports electronic music artists. As a founding member of the Independent Agency Collective (IAC), she collaborates with like-minded agencies across Europe with an aim to effect positive change through collective action. With over 12 years in the music industry, her journey began behind the counter at record stores. Later, she worked as a production agent and artist host at venues, including the iconic Tresor in Berlin. Before founding Ekipa, she was a booking agent at Odd Fantastic for several years, gaining valuable experience and building strong connections within the electronic music community.
