Nadica Banishka

Nadica is a Skopje-based music manager and booking professional active across the Balkans. A longtime avid follower of the alternative music scene, in 2023 she decided to take a more active role and became the manager of the Skopje-based band Vagina Corporation. In 2025, she started managing Lufthansa, currently one of the most well-known and influential alternative acts from North Macedonia. She also manages the Skopje-based band Kokiche. Within the independent label Mrtov Konj, she works as a booking agent for several bands and co-organizes concerts for international acts. Nadica is currently part of the Password Production team, working as a booking assistant on major events such as D Festival, Taksirat Festival, and the PIN Music Conference & Showcase Festival.
