Mirna Čupić

Mirna cut her teeth stagehanding and volunteering at the KSET club and multiple film and music festivals in Croatia. From 2021 to 2024, she led KSET’s booking team, mentoring others, organising concerts and writing projects. She worked with festivals such as Motovun Film Festival and SHIP, and in 2022 she joined the MOST Management Training Pillar. A psychology master’s graduate, she currently works as a producer for the Music Biennale Zagreb, represents one-third of ZEZ Festival’s organisational team, and plays in two Zagreb bands, Kaleido and Panakota.
