Márcio Laranjeira

Márcio has been part of Lovers & Lollypops since 2009. He is one of the key figures behind the programming, conceptualisation, and management of festivals such as Tremor, Barlos, and Milhões de Festa, as well as the European cooperation network Edge. He has also collaborated with institutions like Casa da Música, CCB, Galeria Zé dos Bois, the Municipality of Porto, and Salão Brazil, among others. Beyond his experience as a programmer, he also represents artists from the Lovers & Lollypops roster, including Boogarins, Sessa, and Avalanche Kaito. He has also served as a guest lecturer in the Music Industry Management postgraduate programme at IPC, teaching courses on Artistic Career Management and Event Production and Agency. He has also been a tutor in the European capacity-building program JUMP and has coordinated the Music Business course at Arda Academy in Porto since 2019.
