Kasja Borić

During her studies, Kasja began to make her way working in event production and nightlife, which led her to organise and curate Venera u Vodoliji, a brief series of events with a focus on queerness in dance music from Southeast Europe and the Balkan region. She quickly got involved in the regional music scene, djing at clubs such as Manual (ex-Život) as well as playing at the launch parties of festivals such as Outlook, Velvet, Panorama and Furioza. Moving to Berlin to further her career, her djing eventually led her to bookings at various Berlin clubs, including Sameheads, Renate and Club der Visionaere. She now works in a music communication agency where she continues to explore her passion for music and event production, supporting established as well as emerging artists and labels. Kasja‘s DJ sets are quirky and dark, laced with percussive elements, playful tempos and layered atmospheres.
