Eleanor McGuinness

Eleanor worked as promoter and booker for POD Concerts, where she was also a booker for Electric Picnic and other festivals. In 2011, she joined Pitch & Smith Agency, helping to develop their roster and strategy across Europe before setting up PlayBook Artists in 2021. She joined Earth Agency in 2025 and her current roster includes Arooj Aftab, Andy Shauf, Beverly Glenn-Copeland, Leith Ross, Son Lux and múm, among others.
