Anca currently handles booking and management for Claudia Schwab and serves as production manager for the Druga Godba festival. She is a member of the Casino Crew at Fusion Festival and collaborates with Niansa Gathering. Her previous experience includes the organisation and production of the Floating Castle Festival and Kavč Festival, as well as coordinating the Etno Histeria World Orchestra music camp and tour. She is particularly interested in community-oriented, grassroots organisations, spaces, and collectives around the world.
