Xarakiri

Xarakiri, a rock trio from the Skopje underground, has found its middle ground in the realm of fuzzy upbeat riffs and smacking drums that expand gradually but end in an instant – like a power outlet being brusquely unplugged. Formed in 2021, their self-titled debut EP distills the raw energy of their first jam sessions into four tightly structured tracks, all of them carefully nitpicked and rearranged afterwards in an attempt to have a more structured and angular form, while still encapsulating their initial sound.
